This includes implementation of handling and processing of Hazardous Material (HAZMAT) and Dangerous Goods according to all applicable standards.

We offer the latest products specified by all Aircraft manufacturers (OEM’s) which are fully-traceable to the manufacturer and are supplied with a certificate of conformity. We provide same day dispatch from our Stock or usually in 3 Working days for Non-Stock items. We ensure that you get the rarest of rarest parts, through our widespread network of parts warehousing facilities.

We offer a variety of test solutions for fuel components including pumps and boost pumps, fuel controls, hydromechanical units (HMU), fuel metering units (FMU), valves, nozzles, servos, hydro-mechanical units, and others.

STC’s lube and oil test stands can test lubrication components such as valves, heat exchangers, lube and scavenge pumps, oil pumps, hydraulic clutches, oil coolers, check valve assemblies, oil tanks, cowl actuators, and more.

STC Solutions offers test solutions for electro-mechanical linear and rotary actuators in a variety of sizes and ranges. We also offer test stands for cargo applications such as power drive units (PDU) and cargo

Our line of pneumatic test solutions includes testing for hot and cold pneumatic valves, air turbine starters, pneumatic heat exchangers, and air cycle machines and environmental control systems.

Our technicians have more than 75 years of combined experience in a wide variety of systems from basic to complex computer based electronic flight instruments.

Our In-house bench provides the capability to repair most major units, including Bendix/King, Honeywell, Garmin, Collins, NAT, Cessna, and S-tec autopilots.

We offer our customers Engineering Technical Data Packages for custom avionics systems, mission equipment systems, and airframe systems, as well as, CAD wiring diagrams.
